What this service is

Handovra is document software for home care and home health agencies, and we are the vendor: free worksheets that produce a nursing care plan, an agency policy manual outline and a compliance checklist from figures you enter, and a paid record that keeps them.

How we are paid

Handovra Pro is a monthly subscription at $49 per month for the whole agency, and you pay us: Ellul Solutions Ltd, the entity named on your invoice. It keeps your clients, plans, policies and checklists, brands them and exports them.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Handovra charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Handovra never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The worksheet index lists every free tool on this site with its worked example so you can see what each computes before you open it.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and the cited federal rules; they are paperwork tools, not clinical, legal or billing advice, and the plan a clinician signs remains the clinician's.
